Behavior
The light blue spaces represent where it can move during a single turn. It can move unlimited spaces per turn, but it can only move in a line.
When in a storm (represented by the dark blue spaces), it will attempt to move in a line away from the storm. It will choose its line in a clockwise order and will prioritize the furthest possible space.
When in the center of a storm, it will choose its line in a clockwise priority starting with straight up.
